What we do
We build for other people the way we build our own software: so that you could, in principle, fire us and still own everything that matters.
Software written from scratch, by the people who will still be maintaining it. Web applications, mobile apps, services, integrations, the plumbing between systems that were never meant to talk.
If you would rather not rent your core systems from a company that can change its pricing, deprecate your API or read your data, we do this for ourselves and we will do it for you.
The unglamorous half, and the half most engagements skip. Someone has to answer when it breaks at an inconvenient hour, and know the system well enough to fix it rather than restart it.
Before any of the above. An honest read on what a system should do, what it will cost, and — often the most valuable answer — which parts of it you should not build at all.
An email describing the problem, not the solution. We read it, ask the awkward questions, and tell you what we think it costs — including the cases where the honest answer is that you should not build it.
Code Lifeline Inc. is incorporated in Ontario and HST-registered. Engagements are quoted per project or at a day rate, depending on which suits the work.
